Description
Hermès is hiring a Development & Industrialization Manager for its Vivoin leather-tanning site. Reporting to the Site Director, the role leads cross-functional industrialization projects for new finishes, validates capacities and production times, develops new colors, ensures regulatory compliance, improves existing processes, supports quality resolution, trains technical teams, and contributes to budgeting and site strategy. The position requires an experienced engineer with 10–15 years of experience and expertise in leather manufacturing and industrial processes.
