Description
The Establishment Director will lead the industrial weaving site ATBC in Bussières, overseeing infrastructure, safety, employee relations, labor negotiations, production performance, quality control, budgeting, customer commitments, and sustainable development. The role requires a higher education qualification such as an engineering degree or equivalent, at least 10 years of senior management experience in manufacturing, textile or luxury-sector experience, strong leadership and operational skills, and professional English.
