Description
The Pattern Maker / Prototypist will join MAT Services in the Design Office in Paris 10th arrondissement and produce leather-goods prototypes and pre-production samples from drawings or duplicates. The role interprets customer needs, studies technical feasibility, creates mock-ups and prototypes using machines, tooling, CAD, and IT, suggests manufacturing processes, writes operating procedures, and sets up production machines. Candidates need a CAP, Vocational Baccalaureate, or BTS in leather goods, at least four years of mock-up and prototyping experience in luxury leather goods, leather-assembly skills, and CAD proficiency.
