HELPLINE is hiring an On-site Support Technician for a permanent CDI role in Romans-sur-Isère. The position provides on-site maintenance, workstation and software installation, diagnosis, configuration, user assistance, incident recording, and case follow-up for fixed and portable workstations, telephony, printers, video conferencing, and related equipment. The role requires proven IT maintenance or on-site support experience, strong communication and customer service skills, independence, and attention to detail. It runs Monday to Friday from 07:30 to 17:00 and includes health insurance with 50% employer coverage and other benefits.
