Emmaüs Habitat is hiring a permanent, full-time Program Manager in Hauts-de-Seine, France, to oversee construction and rehabilitation programs and urban renewal projects from design through delivery. The role reports to the Head of the Urban Renewal and Construction Department and covers feasibility studies, administrative and financial project setup, authorizations, contractor coordination, site monitoring, acceptance, project closeout, and delivery to the Territorial Directorate. Candidates should have an engineering, architecture, or equivalent Bac+5 qualification, along with knowledge of project management, building techniques, urban planning, land law, contract award procedures, and social housing finance.
