Description
CEA is hiring a permanent Senior Technician for R&D materials processing and materials for energy in Saclay, France. The role supports experimental development of metallic and ceramic materials for high-temperature, severe-environment applications, including raw-material preparation, powder-metallurgy and conventional metallurgy processing, microstructural and physicochemical characterization, scale-up, equipment maintenance, and experimental-data reporting. Candidates need a Bac+2 qualification in materials science and engineering or physical measurements, 1–2 years of initial experience, knowledge of materials processing and characterization, basic English, and proficiency with laboratory and data-processing tools.
