Description
The Technical Manager (M/F) is responsible for the availability, reliability, safety, and long-term sustainability of a production unit’s facilities and infrastructure. The role defines technical strategy, oversees maintenance, projects, investments, energy and utilities, regulatory compliance, technical risks, and the technical team, while managing budgets, performance, and supplier relationships. It requires a Bac+5 degree in technical or industrial engineering, 7 to 10 years of similar experience, project and team leadership experience, industrial maintenance knowledge, and basic English.
