SPHEREA is hiring a Technical Manager for Test Means to oversee the technical development of test means, including internal, outsourced, or cooperative activities, while meeting quality, cost, timeline, and regulatory requirements such as ARINC 625-4. The role manages technical solutions, development oversight, configuration management, process compliance, and coordination with project managers and technical teams. Candidates should have training in electronics or industrial computer science, significant experience developing test solutions, and experience with A429, 1553, or Ethernet communication buses. The position offers up to two days of telework per week and family health insurance.
