Blue Bottle Coffee is recruiting Baristas for its Kanto-area cafes, with candidates expected to join around November or earlier. The role provides coffee and hospitality, maintains cleanliness, supports cafe operations, and may involve training, cafe transfers, events, and POP UPs. No prior barista experience is required; applicants receive coffee training after joining.
