Description
The employer is hiring a permanent night-shift shift supervisor for its filling and packaging department in Wevelgem. The role leads and coaches production employees, organizes shift work, trains new colleagues, monitors safety, quality, hygiene, production figures, and efficiency, reports deviations, coordinates shift handovers, and contributes to improvement projects. Candidates need a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, prior production leadership experience, strong organization, communication, MS Office knowledge, fluent Dutch, and willingness to work the permanent night shift after daytime training. The schedule is Monday through Thursday from 21:00 to 05:00 and Friday from 19:00 to 02:00, with a gross salary of €4,000 to €4,400 per month and a night premium of €3.8597 per hour worked.
