Kuehne+Nagel is hiring a Team Leader to support daily warehouse operations in Tessenderlo and manage a team of warehouse employees for one shift. The role focuses on achieving order-volume and quality KPIs, planning, safety, quality, tidiness, process improvements, and employee guidance, with the leader also contributing directly to operations when needed. Candidates should be familiar with warehouse and logistics work, have strong communication skills, know Dutch, and be able to work night shifts. The position pays a minimum gross hourly wage of 17.46, with a 12.5% shift premium, mileage or bicycle allowance, and meal vouchers.
