Description
Randstad Techniek is recruiting an Operator to monitor, adjust, and improve production processes; set up, operate, and convert machines and installations; identify and resolve minor machine malfunctions; perform quality measurements and visual inspections; and record production data. The role requires an MBO diploma in Operator A or B or at least one year of demonstrable operator experience, production-line experience, and proficiency in Dutch or English. It offers a gross monthly salary of €2,800–€5,000, a direct contract, 33–40 hours, holiday pay, vacation days, and training opportunities.
