Description
Randstad Techniek is recruiting a production operator to monitor, adjust, and improve production processes; set up, operate, and convert machines and installations; identify and resolve minor machine malfunctions; perform quality measurements and visual inspections; and record production data. The role requires an MBO Operator A or B diploma or at least one year of operator experience, proficiency in Dutch or English, and willingness to work shifts. It offers a direct contract, 33–40 hours per week, gross monthly salary of €2,800–€5,000, holiday pay, vacation days, and training opportunities.
