Description

EnerMech is seeking Permit Control Officers (PCOs) - LV and/or HV and Authorised Isolators to support a major Sydney Metro rail infrastructure project. The role involves administering and controlling the Permit to Work (PTW) system, planning and executing complex LV and HV isolation and switching programs, performing authorizations, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Candidates should have proven experience in PCO, HV/LV isolation, or HV switching roles within rail or heavy industry environments.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: Experience in PCO, HV/LV isolation, or HV switching roles within rail or heavy industry.
Experience operating as a Permit Control Officer (PCO) – LV/HV.
Authorised Isolator certification / experience.
Preferred Qualifications: Demonstrated capability in complex switching, isolation planning, and execution.
Confident working across multiple work fronts in a high-compliance environment.
Strong communication skills with experience liaising with control authorities and site teams.
High-level commitment to safety, compliance, and procedural discipline.
First aid in an ESI environment, Safe Access the Rail Corridor and LVR/CPR.
Driver's License
Reside within Sydney Metro or surroundings with Full Australian Working Rights.
