Description
CCI Systems, Inc. is hiring a Permit Specialist to research, prepare, submit, and track right-of-way, right-of-entry, easement, railroad, DOT, utility-pole, temporary-access, and other regulatory permits. The role manages permit lifecycles, databases, fees, reports, customer communications, SLA compliance, quality assurance, and project delivery, while coordinating with agencies, utilities, vendors, and internal teams. It also mentors Permit Coordinators and requires strong permitting, GIS, cable-engineering, construction, database, and communication skills. The position works Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CST, with occasional work outside normal business hours, and is intended for a remote environment.
