4LEAF, Inc. is hiring a full-time Permit Technician to support the permitting and inspection process in the Merced, Stanislaus, and San Joaquin County area of California. The role serves as a primary contact for applicants, contractors, and the public; reviews and processes permit applications; determines acceptability for further review; calculates, collects, and documents fees; maintains electronic permit files; and provides customer service and clerical support. The position requires at least two years of Permit Technician experience, customer service and administrative experience, computer proficiency, and records management skills. It is on-site Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with a stated hourly pay range of $31.49 to $38.51 and benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance.
