Description
The Personal Achievement Tutor will support up to nine Year 12 and Year 13 tutor groups, monitor academic progress, attendance, conduct, welfare, safeguarding concerns, and student records on Cedar. The role delivers the 10:10 general tutorial programme, provides career planning and UCAS support, participates in quality assurance and performance management, and may provide short-term cover for other Personal Achievement Tutors. The temporary contract runs from the start date until 31 August 2027, is 36 hours per week during term time, and pays £32,199 to £34,253 per annum.
