Description
Wiltshire Council is hiring a Personal Advisor for its Children in Care Team to work directly with young people aged 16–25 who are preparing to leave care or have left care and are living in the community. The role involves managing a caseload, providing advice and support, developing relationships with key agencies, maintaining accurate plans and records, and supporting vulnerable children and young people. It is a 37-hour-per-week, 12-month fixed-term position paying £34,434–£36,363 per annum, with an interview scheduled for 14 October 2026. The hybrid working model requires office staff to be on site for at least half their hours, while customer-facing roles work entirely from their service location.
