QSL Management is hiring a Personal Assistant for The Barclay House of Baton Rouge to support assisted living and memory care residents with companionship, activities of daily living, health-status reporting, memory and performance programs, light housekeeping, laundry, dining, and engagement activities. The role requires teamwork, a caring attitude, multitasking, a high school diploma or GED equivalent, flexibility for varied shifts including weekends and holidays, and preferably CNA certification, CPR/First Aid, and experience working with older adults.
