Description
YCS is hiring a Personal Assistant for its Sawtelle Forest Program in West Orange, New Jersey, which provides residential care for adults with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities. The role provides daily personal care, supports clients with hygiene, grooming, dressing, medication administration, and individualized goals, maintains records, and responds to crisis situations. A high school degree or equivalent and a valid driver's license are required; experience working with developmental disabilities is preferred. Full-time, part-time, and on-call shifts are available, with medical, dental, and vision benefits for full-time employees.
