OP Assistans is recruiting a Personal Assistant to support clients with everyday life, including personal care, household chores, and activities outside the home. The role is a general recruitment where candidates are matched with suitable assignments, starts as an hourly substitute, and may develop into a regular part-time schedule. Candidates need experience with challenging behaviors, preferably knowledge of a low-arousal approach, spoken and written Swedish, and the ability to remain calm in intense situations. Shifts may include day, evening, awake night, and 24-hour shifts with waiting or on-call duty. Applicants must be at least 18 years old and provide valid identification and a population registration certificate.
