Devon Bank is hiring a full-time Personal Banker to build customer relationships, provide personalized banking solutions, open and service consumer accounts, support teller, ITM, and safe deposit functions, meet sales goals, refer customers to mortgage, commercial, wealth management, and treasury services, and comply with bank policies and regulations. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least two years of personal banking experience, computer and communication skills, and strong customer service and sales abilities. The base pay is $21-$24 per hour, with medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, and 401(k) benefits.
