Description
The Personal Banker I provides personal banking service, conducts financial needs assessments, recommends products, opens accounts, processes loan and credit applications, handles customer requests and complaints, and supports tellers and branch operations. The role requires 1–3 years of banking experience or equivalent experience in a teller or customer-contact/sales position, along with a high school diploma or GED, basic banking knowledge, computer and communication skills, and the ability to work across multiple branch locations.
