The trainee will advise customers on banking solutions, guide them to appropriate staff, support cash and non-cash transactions, educate customers on digital banking, and contribute to branch operations. The role requires a high school diploma or at least one year of relevant experience, investment-funds knowledge, MS Office proficiency, and strong customer communication skills; a post-secondary or undergraduate degree in a related field is preferred. Compensation is CAD 43,900–58,600, with training and onboarding provided and geographic mobility within the assigned district required.
