Spread Your Wings, LLC is hiring a full-time caregiver in Lake Forest, California, for 32–40 hours per week. The role supports clients with developmental disabilities and behavioral challenges by helping them develop independent living skills, creating task schedules, encouraging goal achievement, and documenting progress. A valid driver's license, clean driving record, safe and operational vehicle, and ability to pass a background check are required; training is provided and no caregiver certificate is needed. Pay is $19.50–$20.00 per hour, with medical, dental, vision, life insurance, paid sick time, and other benefits.
