Spread Your Wings, LLC is hiring full-time and part-time Direct Care Staff to support individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral challenges in their homes or apartments. Responsibilities include assisting with daily activities, personal hygiene, meal preparation, scheduling, motivation, and progress documentation. No caregiver certificate is required, but a driver's license is required for some positions; applicants must pass a background check.
