Description
Seva Home Care is hiring a Personal Care Assistant to provide person-centered in-home support for elderly clients through its Personal Support Services program. The role includes personal hygiene and daily-living assistance, supervision, mobility and safe transfers, following individualized care plans, exercise and medication assistance as directed, maintaining a safe home environment, companionship, appointment accompaniment, and monitoring and reporting changes in clients’ health or care needs. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, current CPR certification, a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation, and preferably one to two years of caregiver, CNA, or nursing assistant experience. Flexible weekday and occasional weekend scheduling, including evenings and overnight shifts, is required.
