Tempus Unlimited is hiring a Personal Care Management Program Operations Manager to oversee the administrative, referral, intake, orientation, consumer support, and functional skills training operations of its Personal Care Management Program. The role supports PCM supervisors, manages records and quality reporting, coordinates with MassHealth and other agencies, monitors staff performance, maintains compliance with HIPAA and program regulations, and updates training and consumer handbooks. The position requires a degree in human services or a related field, at least three years of direct experience with the Massachusetts Health and Human Services Personal Care Assistance program, supervisory attention to detail, computer and database skills, and a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for travel within the assigned service area.
