Description
The Personal Care Partner provides person-centered, preventative, restorative, and hands-on care to residents in a fast-paced assisted-living environment. Duties include building relationships with residents and families, supporting residents with activities and independence, assisting with meals, laundry, showering, vital signs, and other wellness needs, documenting changes, and following safety and infection-control procedures. The role is full-time on the second shift, requires a high school diploma or GED, two years of related healthcare experience or training, and CPR/Basic Life Support certification, and offers a $2,500 sign-on bonus.
