Ohio’s Hospice is hiring a Personal Care Specialist to provide hands-on, compassionate support to hospice patients and families in patients’ homes and care facilities throughout the Columbus service area. The role involves Monday–Friday field visits, rotating weekend and holiday coverage, patient care documentation, and travel throughout the service area. A high school diploma or GED is required; CNA certification is preferred, and CHPNA certification is a plus. The position requires a valid Ohio driver’s license, reliable transportation, good driving history, current automobile insurance, and successful background and drug screening.
