Ohio's Hospice is hiring a full-time Personal Care Specialist (STNA/CNA) to provide hands-on personal care, support families, observe patients, communicate condition changes, document care, and collaborate with hospice professionals. The role serves patients in the Zanesville and Lancaster areas, with most visits in Zanesville, requires driving, and includes a weekend rotation every 4–6 weeks. Applicants need a high school diploma or GED, a valid Ohio driver's license, safe driving record, automobile insurance, basic computer skills, and the ability to travel; STNA/CNA certification, healthcare experience, and CHPNA certification are preferred.
