The PCW will assist clients with daily living activities, including meal preparation, personal care, assistance with mobility, and household chores, all under the supervision of an RN Supervisor. Responsibilities also include recording client information, reminding clients of medications, observing and reporting changes in client conditions, and participating in educational programs.
