The staffing provider is hiring a full-time Personal Consultant in Magdeburg to acquire customers in logistics, industry, office, medicine, and care; develop customer relationships; identify and recruit candidates; support applications through employment contracts; build candidate networks; plan employee assignments; and provide consulting to customers, applicants, and employees. The role requires commercial training, preferably personnel-services clerk experience, temporary-staffing experience, MS Office knowledge, and strong customer and team orientation.
