Description
The Personal Consultant will independently manage and grow a customer base, build relationships with commercial-technical, skilled, administrative, IT, and banking clients, recruit specialists and temporary staff, coordinate temporary staffing and employee-leasing placements, create and publish job advertisements, manage applicants, and collaborate with recruiting and administration teams. The role requires sales or recruiting experience, strong communication and goal-oriented working skills, MS 365 proficiency, and very good German; temporary staffing or personnel-placement experience is advantageous.
