Description
The Personal Consultant will independently manage and grow a customer base, build relationships with clients in industrial-technical trades, assistants and labor support, commercial, IT, and banking sectors, recruit skilled workers and support staff, manage temporary staff leasing schedules and placements, create and publish job advertisements, process applications, and collaborate with recruiting and administration teams. The role requires sales or recruiting experience, strong communication and sales skills, MS 365 proficiency, excellent German, and preferably temporary staffing or personnel placement experience. It offers an indefinite employment contract, training, and employee benefits.
