Description
The Personal Consultant will independently manage and grow a customer base, build relationships with commercial-technical, labor-support, administrative, IT, and banking clients, recruit personnel, manage temporary staffing schedules and placements, create and publish job advertisements, and coordinate with recruiting and administration teams. The role requires sales and recruiting experience, strong communication and goal-oriented working skills, MS 365 proficiency, excellent German, and preferably temporary-staffing or permanent-placement experience. It offers an indefinite employment contract with a partner in direct employment, training, and employee benefits.
