The role sources employees for client companies, publishes job advertisements, reviews applications, conducts interviews, selects candidates, supports onboarding, maintains talent pools, and collaborates with HR staffing coordinators. Candidates should have recruiting, HR, sales, or personnel-services experience, strong communication and organizational skills, MS Office proficiency, and a valid class B driver’s license; experience with Landwehr L1 or zvoove PDL is ideal but not required.
