ERZA GmbH is hiring a full-time Personal Disposition Specialist in Aurich to support employees and client companies throughout staffing deployments. The role coordinates assignments, manages hiring and personnel documentation, supports recruitment and employee retention, maintains HR data, and serves as a contact for employees and clients. Candidates should have commercial training or a comparable qualification, strong communication and organizational skills, MS Office proficiency, and a class B driver’s license; staffing-services experience is preferred but not required.
