Description
The Hanover is seeking a Personal Lines Process Intern for a 10-week summer internship from June through mid-August. The intern will work with a business manager to review and interpret performance measures, improve process effectiveness and efficiency, support conflict resolution, assess people and skill requirements, research process performance reports, and evaluate financial, skill, legal, and compliance impacts. The role is hybrid, requires full-time commitment, and is intended for students currently enrolled in a bachelor's or advanced degree program.
