Description
The Hanover is seeking a Personal Lines Summer Intern to support underwriting strategy initiatives through data analysis, research, performance monitoring, and reporting. The intern will analyze underwriting, pricing, and portfolio data; develop underwriting guidelines and dashboards; collaborate with cross-functional teams; and present findings to business leaders. The role requires a student pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a relevant analytical field, full-time commitment for the June–mid-August program, U.S. work eligibility without sponsorship, and strong analytical and communication skills. Excel, SQL, and Power BI experience are preferred.
