Bräcke diakoni is hiring two full-time Personal Ombudsmen for its Gothenburg operations. The role supports people with psychosocial disabilities by mapping their needs, coordinating contacts with healthcare services, public authorities, and other stakeholders, and helping them develop independent living and participation. The position does not involve making decisions or providing treatment, and work is mainly scheduled during office hours. Applicants should have university-level education in a relevant social or health field, experience with people with extensive psychosocial disabilities, knowledge of Swedish support systems and legislation, and cultural and linguistic competence.
