ADAC is hiring a Personal Reference Specialist to manage the end-to-end recruiting process, prepare and review employment contracts, support employment-law and personnel matters, and assist with employer branding and early-career activities. The role requires a relevant degree or comparable HR qualification, generalist HR experience, strong employment-law knowledge, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively with executives, internal stakeholders, and the works council.
