HBX is hiring a Personal Shopper to manage a portfolio of e-commerce clients, acquire and retain customers, drive revenue through expert styling, activate loyalty benefits, and represent the brand online and offline. The role requires at least two years of client-facing experience in fashion retail or luxury, strong Cantonese and English proficiency, a sales track record, and familiarity with fashion trends and CRM or clienteling tools. The position is based in Hong Kong and requires eligibility to work there.
