The role focuses on delivering a welcoming customer experience, meeting personal and store sales goals, providing sizing and style guidance, fitting customers for bras, maintaining product knowledge, building a loyal customer database, and supporting store operations. Candidates should have retail experience, strong customer service and sales skills, communication ability, and availability for nights, weekends, and holidays; retail experience is preferred, while KWI back-office knowledge is a plus.
