Description
The Personal Support Worker A provides personal support to residents in the Heklaan residential home and supports the broader resident group at De Noorderhoeve. The role includes assisting with daily activities and personal care, encouraging independence, monitoring well-being, coordinating with families and colleagues, supporting new employees, preparing team meetings, and maintaining collaboration and continuity across the two residential homes. The position requires availability for weekdays, weekends, and occasional sleep-in shifts, and offers a salary of €2951–€3980 per month.
