Odion is hiring a Personal Support Worker for after-school care to provide a safe, structured, and supportive environment for children and young people with intellectual, physical, or multiple disabilities. The role includes helping children transition from school, providing age-appropriate activities and one-to-one support, responding to challenging behavior, and coordinating with parents and professionals. The position may work in Purmerend or Koog aan de Zaan on Saturdays and during school holidays, and requires an MBO level 3 or 4 qualification, relevant experience, flexibility, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
