Description
De Zilverspar is hiring a Personal Support Worker for its Aggression Unit in Boschoord to support clients with complex behavioral problems, including aggression. The role involves developing care plans, providing individual support, monitoring behavior, contributing to multidisciplinary meetings, and coaching colleagues. It is a fixed-term contract of 32 hours per week, with a stated salary of €3,052–€4,262 based on 36 hours and a prospect of a permanent contract after one year. The position requires an MBO level 4 qualification in nursing, personal support for specific target groups, or social care, at least three years of experience with complex LVB client groups, strong communication skills, and a driver’s license with own transportation. Irregular shifts and every-other-weekend work are required.
