CarePartners is seeking compassionate and skilled Personal Support Workers (PSWs) to provide patient and family-centered care in home and community settings within the Wellington area of Ontario. This role involves assisting patients with daily living activities, promoting a safe environment, offering cognitive and emotional support, and preparing meals, all under the supervision of a Personal Support Manager. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to making a difference in patients' lives, possess strong interpersonal skills, and be capable of working both independently and as part of a team, often during non-traditional hours.
