CarePartners is seeking compassionate and skilled Personal Support Workers (PSWs) to provide patient and family-centered care in home and community settings within the Dundalk, North Wellington area. This role involves assisting patients with daily living activities, promoting a safe environment, offering cognitive and emotional support, and preparing nutritious meals, all under the supervision of a Personal Support Manager. Candidates must possess a valid Personal Support Worker certificate or equivalent, a driver's license, reliable vehicle, and be available for non-traditional hours.
