Description
Trajectum is hiring a Personal Support Worker to provide tailored treatment, structure, safety, and support to clients with mild intellectual disabilities and forensic backgrounds. The role involves implementing and evaluating individual treatment plans, supporting physical, psychological, and social well-being, and working with a multidisciplinary team in a therapeutic living environment. The position is based in Eefde and Zutphen, pays €3,052 to €4,262 gross per month based on 36 hours, and is offered as a one-year contract that may be converted to permanent status. Applicants need an MBO level 4 qualification in MMZ, SPW, or nursing, at least three years of support-worker experience with LVB and/or NAH, effective communication, teamwork, independent decision-making, and flexibility for evenings and weekends. A Certificate of Conduct (VOG) and diploma check are required.
